Giving Back
The Bay & the Community
Just as important as the enjoyment the club provides its members is what we give back. BBFC members support the wider community in many ways — from volunteering at the club to backing local causes.
Happy Football Cambodia (HFCA)
Since 2012, our end-of-season tours to Cambodia have supported HFCA, our partner club. Members run soccer clinics and ‘friendly internationals’ with the local village while providing practical, ongoing support. Keen to join a future tour? Contact Brett White at brett@kingsway.org.au. Learn more →
Club Chaplaincy
Club Chaplaincy is provided through Brett White, one of our Over-45 players. Brett offers confidential support to any club member dealing with a personal problem — contact him at brett@kingsway.org.au.
Student Exchange
We provide a base for the Lakewood City, Colorado / Sutherland Shire student exchange program — hosting meetings, picnics, fundraising events and more each year.
Hire the Lakewood Clubhouse
Our clubhouse is available to hire year-round — from business seminars to birthdays, weddings and wakes. Members are also welcome to run their own events here. Enquiries: thehangar@bonnetbayfc.com
